Undecided Question: Why do I have whiteheads on the head of my penis? I had oral sex, and the next day I woke up and checked my penis when I was showering & on the edge of the head of my penis I had little tiny whiteheads look alike acne. Then the next day, I rubbed my finger on the head of my penis & the skin of it started peeling off and about a minute later it would turn red.
